The best advice that I can give you on how to get your weight loss plan into effect is to trust and pray for God’s strength when you feel the temptations to want to eat something you should not. Try quoting Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (KJV)

Just make healthy choices, one at a time. It’s good to have long-term goals, but at each meal, try to make healthy choices. Think about eating enough of the good foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats), and you may not have room left for less healthy food. And in general, the less processed, the better. But remember, everything in moderation! This journey should be about you, and about your health, not other people’s expectations for you. God Bless you on your journey. Remember to pray and ask for God’s help

That’s almost exactly how I developed my eating disorder. My biggest advice is just to listen. Listen to your mom, Listen to God. Dont look at health blogs, most of those are toxic. Don’t look at pictures of skinny women for motivation as that is also toxic.
Good luck! You can lose the weight I believe in you! Just don’t let things get out of hand.
