I’ve recently taken on the task of being an FCA leader, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to get through to them. I just need some confidence about this.

Dear Rebecca,
First of all, let me say: Congratulations! You took a big step forward. I know new ‘beginnings’ seem to be difficult to cope with sometimes. But we all started from somewhere, didn’t we?
If you are unsure of yourself, don’t give in; there are multiple ways to get yourself ready. Keep the faith in your heart, pray about it, share your thoughts with God. Also, to be a leader for FCA or anywhere, the key is to be prepared. Build strong connections with people, get information, be up-to-date. BUT the most important is: Believe in yourself. I already believe in you!
