Spiritual Practice
Keep Out of the Slacker Zone
These practices work for me:
- Identify distractions and avoid them. If I pick up a book, I won’t put it down; so I avoid books when I’m working.
- Write down what you need to do. Use to-do lists, a planner, a daily schedule, or an app.
- Forgive yourself for slip-ups. God understands.
- Think of your time as belonging to God. Write down how you use your time. Pray about it. Are you happy with your use of time? Is God?
How do you stay out of the slacker zone?
