PERSPECTIVE
“Every day may not be good . . .
but there’s something good in every day.”
—Alice Morse Earle
FOCUS ON WHAT’S GOOD: This quote helps me to put my days in perspective. If I’m having a bad day or I’m stressed out, I come back to this quote. It helps me focus on what’s good in each day instead of concentrating on what’s not. Whether that means taking time to count my blessings or sipping a cup of hot coffee at the end of a long day, I remember: “There’s something good in every day.”
I encourage you to try it. Each day, take a moment to name the good things in your life.
