Practice Peace

Begin to breathe slowly and deeply in order to slow down, to escape distractions, and to center yourself on God. Feel your inner turmoil calm as you look to God for strength and comfort.

As you start to feel calmer, isolate the feeling of peace within yourself. Focus on making it grow and blossom like a flower on a warm spring morning. Allow the feeling to spread within you. Allow a sense of tranquility to overtake the anxieties of daily life.

Visualize peace glowing from within you. Then thank the Lord for filling you with peace.
