You Are Not Alone

Regan Bowman, 20

When a friend of mine hung herself, I was at a loss. She had seemed happy, but depression had swallowed her whole.

Self-injury and suicide are cries for help. Some people become so overwhelmed with their pain that they lose all hope. But people around us are facing similar issues and can understand our pain. If we are open to them and to God, we can find hope, encouragement, and joy. Ask for help. Open up. Let others help you carry the load.
